For A Month Now I Have Been Unable To Post Goals For Quest, I Am Wasting Money.

I am unable to post, or ask neighbors for items to finish quest. I have had to pay cash for dam, HQ (which I cant go any furthur) the clown college & it doesn't recognize that its done, the quest wont continue. Same with sail boat hotel, the river rafting ect. upgrading has been an utter pain & taking forever. I have spent $250.00 american cash to buy citi cash to try & complete alot of these quest. I would like this situation resolved. I would like my money back..I am on disability. complete the cinema silverscreen for me its been over 6 months & no popcorn. I am not getting anything out of my go cart. I cant post for tickects or shells unable to upgrade there I play everyday and some times the energy shows then it doesnt but it always starts me at one. if i get to 4 the next day its at 1. I have not gotten any prize from there in over 3 months. I am really gettig discouraged. I play everyday all day long. Please fix & help me enjoy my favorite game again.
