No Mastery Credit For Harvesting Crops & Raffle Ticket Booth Locked.

I am trying to beat Hawaiian Farm and only have to finish mastery of three crops left. I have been planting and harvesting like crazy for a couple weeks now: (Royal Taro, Red Goji Berries and Begonias) using fertilizer and double mastery over the holidays, and I just noticed today, that all the crops seem to have not given me any credit towards mastering them. I used Turbo Chargers to harvest and plant those crops, is that why I didnt get any mastery points? I am really disappointed since I have been planting & harvesting without any credit towards mastery.  ALSO my Raffle Ticket Booth has been locked down since early Monday morning Jan. 31, 2012, so I have been unable to ask for or accumulate raffle tickets this week.  Thank you for checking into these problems for me.
