Incorrect Level
I was on. Level 19 during the past event. I was receiving a message saying I was not connect. I was advised to uninstall ge app, to reinstall it to see if this would correct the problem. However, it did not, it only made the problem worse. After reinstalling, the game started me back over at level 1. I cannot retrieve my previous level of 19.
