Hi, I Have Lost My Progressing Dream Pethouse And It Has Some Reason Gone Back

to level 1. can you please help me get it back? I have tried logging thru facebook and it would take me to the pethouse app but then it freezes while pruning my treehouse and gets stuck there. can you please fix this? looking to hear from you soon. thank you
