No Help From My Neighbors

Thre is nothing you can do other than consider them "dead' which means that you ignore them, except you can use their game for extra resources when you need them. (They may not actually be active players)

As for getting missions done, go to the "add neighbors" sites for your game and add some more or post that you want others to add you.

Then make sure that you are a good neighbor and others who actually play every day will also be good neighbors to you
