I Haven't Been Able To Load Dream Zoo For 11 Days. Screen Is Frozen!!

Dream zoo screen does not load. This is the 11th day. Sometimes it starts to load then it will stop. When I restart it the screen is frozen. Ireloaded installed the app and it is the same.
