Why Is My Fv2 Game Frozen With A Whoops A Daisy Dialogue Box

about 1 month ago my latest adobe flash drive crashed 2 times before even loading fv2 on the 3 try i successfully opened my game and started harvest my crops again the adobe flash drive crashed.I tried to reload my game when fv2 opened it had a whoops a daisy dialogue box with two options report and accept i hit the aceept button which relaoded my game agian with the same error. I am able to send gifts and it allows me to answer request but will not load my game. I have invested a lot of time and money in this game and if you are not able to resart my games then please refund the $42 farm bucks to me
