Where Does Energy Go

when you receive energy gifts from game friends on cityville, where do they go? everytime I log on the scroll is full of gifts from friends and neighbors, but when I go to inventory only 3 or 4 is there. I have  been counting them on my opening gifts scroll and I sometimes  receive 100 to 125 energy gifts , but when I go to inventory they are never there!! I go to alot of time and trouble sending gifts to all the friends on my cityville account to not get the ones they send me back. Why have this program set up if you dont honor it. I wish this was the only problem with your gamesite, but I am here to address this issue ,not to get started on all the other gripes I have. I love this game and spend much of my day playing it. There is no way at this time I am going to spend money on it, because I probably wouldn't get the products I purchase . Just saying!!!
