Cheats With Words Works On Ipad, But Not On Iphone.

On iPhone, I do a screen print of game but it won't load in Cheats; always get prompt that gives 4 reasons why.  I've complied with all 4 reasons.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but it didn't help.
