Castleville Shards Not Showing Up When Claimed Successfully.

When i goto my friends wall and click on get shards or crystal i get a message gift claimed successfully. Then i refresh and check my inventory. No crystal shards. If i click on the link again it says i already claimed that, but they never show up. This happens many many times.
