I Bought A Wishing Well For 1000 Gold Coins; It Took My Coins But Did Not Get It

Having paid the 1000 coins for the landmark, the connection dropped and when it returned, the coins had been deducted but the wishing well had disappeared.  Can I get my coins back please?
