Barn Buddy

I am trying to finish the giraffe quest but I have one problem. when I try to post the acaia leaves and the other one to finish it will not allow me to send request for neither?? PLease help I just started playing again the other day because for a long time my computer would not load the game.Please help me resolve this because I really do enjoy playing this game.
