Password Recovery

Have Zynga Poker app for Android.  Do not have a Facebook account.  Signed up for Zynga Poker account.  Password stopped working.  Tried reset password button several times, but never received e-mail with recovery steps.  Is there a direct e-mail address where I can e-mail to have my password reset?
