Are You Going To Honestly Do The Right Thing?

On July 29th I was playing Farmville. I was eager to pay for early access to Sweet Acres and to buy an expantion. Well I did that. Then I went to my other farms and worked on them. Then i went to my home farm. I was working on it when all of a sudden, it turned white. I noticed that 50 was missing from my farm cash. I emailed support. (ref no. 130729-28946640) I told what happened. Then I emailed again (ref no. 130-729-28948857) I told how I believed it to of happened. Many people are talking about how they too have been swindled. I surmise that while I was working on my home farm, I must of hit something on the bar that is supposed to have neighbors on it. But quite often there are items for sale. If you are not careful, you will buy something, because they don't ask you, do you want to spend xx for this or cancel like they do for everything else. I have accidently bought trees before. I also accidentally paid 40 farm cash for a sugar shack when they were being sold for coins. I recieved the first email from Angel on Aug 6th telling me that I had bought an expansion for 50 farm cash, which I did. so for that reason she could not give me my farm cash back or restore my home farm. Then she emailed back and told me that i had bought early access to Sweet Acres and that I had purchased the snow theme. And that she could not return my 50 nor restore my home farm. I am taking this matter as far as I need to. I am disabled. This is an outlet for me. But I can not play if I am cheated out of money. Because I do buy farm cash. I believe by refusing to return my farm cash for the snow theme and restoring my farm amounts to theft if you do nothing about it. I also want my 40 farm cash for the sugar shack. I believe because of the terrible time I have had, I should be compensated for that as well. If you can not help me, please guide me to someone who is above you. I am going as far as I need to go. Angel's emails help prove what I am saying. Sincerely Deborah Denise Overbey
