Farmville 2 At Level 9 My Entire Farm Disappeared And I Can't Get It Back

I reached level 9 on farmville 2 two days ago. My farmville 2 farm has entirely disappeared. All my plots trees and everything just gone. I tried to send a message to zynga and its telling me I don't exist. Is anyone else having this problem or have they and how do I fix it.

Same thing happened to me on Sept. 30th. I had just purchased $50 worth of FC and used it for special animals. Everything went poof. I got 2 weeks of email replies telling me to be 'patient' while the Team figured out the glitch. Then they wrote to tell me my farm seemed to be working now, so enjoy the game.

That weekend was the same weekend that Zynga took away their 'contact us by e mail' button and they only use 'forums' now. So I posted the problem on the forum and they took it off (after about 6 people saw it and replied they had the same problem) But you won't find them admitting it's a glitch.

I used an old e mail thread I had from this summer when I had problems with regular farmville.

They only reason my farm 'looked' ok to them was that I had spent 2 weeks completely rebuilding it back to level 11 again!!! This time with no farm cash.

I kept getting snotty e mails.

So I switched 'threads' from an e mail I had sent customer service last spring. I demanded a supervisor for "Customer Service" (which is a joke) reply to me. I had taken a screen shot and made a list of all the things missing...it was ridiculous.

The 3rd week someone finally replied and they credited me back 310 Farm Cash. But nothing else. I will never 'pay' real money for a Zynga game again.
