Password Nsa 310
after installing the CD i could dot see the IP adress and firware . I tryied witht the Password from the Qick Start . No Chance . Please HelpShiva

That means someone used it before and set a different password on it, just press the RESET button on your NAS and it will reset to default user/password after.
