Orange'new' On Picture

What does the orange new mean on a profile picture that has already been seen?

If you have cleared your browser cache the old cookies will be gone and many things may be seen as "new". Also the photo may have been updated. "Something" is making your browser think this is a new image. The above are the most likely.
