Zoosk Mobile Doesn't Respond To My Phone # When Text?

I have a standard zoosk mobile membership I would like to have the mobile zoosk so I am able to download some pictures for my profile when I enter my # in the mobile # box and send it out I receive no text back I have a blackberry curve with unlimited everything and my provider is SPRINT why can't I receive an text back with my pin # to further process of opening an zoosk account I text help support and emailed them also with a very sharky like comment saying that they pretty much can't assist me unless I become a premium member which could happen if I know I can rely on them to be of some assistance when I need them I'm not a premium member yet but I don't think sending robotic responses back to my email would make me even want to be a premium member 1st impressions makes final impressions but if you could help me out I would appreciate it so much thanx.
