Uploading Photos From Phone To Zoosk

Instructions for uploading photo from mobile to zoosk DO NOT WORK! I downloaded zoosk, go to zoosk on phone and it says "join now" Try to do that, it says my user name is taken. Yeh, because I'M the one using it!!!  no way to upload from face book?? I'm ready to request refund!!!!!
