System Probs

I paid a 3 mth subscription ovre a week ago and all was good .. All of a sudden my messages don't seem to reach their destination and they aren't registering as a continued conversation? also when I email zoosk to complain the email won't send .. this problem is only happening with zoosk .. I was going to cancel profile and start again but I don't want to have to pay again after wonky bein on site for a week .. is this a rort or what?!!!!
