Zoosk Access (cont)

I just submitted a question concerning access to my Zoosk account. When I submitted the question, I failed to give my Zoosk screen name, which is "Sleepy". I used to ba=e able to access my Zoosk account thru my Tagged account. Now I'm being prompted to log in using my email addess. Since I cannot do that, I'm asking (again), am I now required to subscribe to your site to continue to access my Zoosk account? Thanks
