Unable To Get To Return Label
will you please help me? I try to get on my account, zappos won't recognize my password,. then it offers to send a new
password to my email an IT NEVER SENDS ME THE EMAIL.
the email never arrives, THanks for your help.

Check to make sure youre checking the right email. Ask for the username to be sent and if that doesnt go to the email you expect it to try to see if you might have signed up with a different one. If that doenst work try calling them:
