Zanussi Zwh7122j Washing Machine
My zanussi zwh7122 has started making a loud knocking sound on the fast spin cycle. Opened up back of machine and drum appears to be wobbling about far too much when spinning, so much so the machine wobbles on floor. It is 3 years old. Suspect it may be the suspension bolt things underneath the drum at either side as the springs holding the drum at the top are fine. Can you offer any help and advice? thank you nadine key
