Legally Youtube does not support video download unless for paid videos.

You will first have to download an app called "YouTube Downloader and converter" Once this app is installed on your PC, you can go to whichever video you wish to download from Youtube. Copy the url from the address bar at the top of the page. The url will always start with https:. Thereafter you will go on the downloader app, click on the download tab and paste the url in the address bar on the app and then download.
