where do the combined black and white wires from the speakers plug into the mother board?j

The rear connections are explained in the user guide available here.

However from looking it does not appear to have an amplifier built in. The output is to another audio device and is low signal strength. Not enough to drive speakers. Normally the colour code would int he US that the black wire is the + and the white is ground. If yours is different please raise another question with as much info as you can and maybe give us an image of the section. We should be able to help then.
