Ac Light Flickers On And Off.
The 2800 starts and runs smoothly, but the AC light is flickering and the output voltage jumps around wildly, sometimes gets to 115v but won't stay there. May read 28v, 87v, 54v, 113v, constantly changing. All connectors clean and secure. No burned or melted components visible on regulator boards. Maybe rotor brushes inside?

It refers to your issue saying that it could be the load is too large or you do have a loose connection somewhere in the chain from the generator. There are no brushes as it is an induction system of generation.
