Line Out Problem - Yamaha Sv 120

I have Yamaha SV120 silent violin. For more than 5 years I was more than satisfied, but yesterday, on one of my gigs it just lost its sound. Me and my band used Dynacord Powermate 1000-2 and RCF  ART 325 speakers and sound of my violin went on and off randomly. In one second it was there, then 15 seconds almost no sound (there was some sound but very weak) By eliminating all the other components (new batteries, cables, another wireless set), in the end I tried to plug my jack into the phones out (instead of line out) and I got my sound back. Still - this is no solution. Since I dont have Yamaha's service in my town - certainly no certified electrician who ever opened Yamaha violins, I would like some advice from someone with similiar expirience. Could it be the preamp or something like that and how is it possible that phones out works perfectly and line out makes these problems. Is it complicated to open SV120 myself and look for the solution (I'm electrician myself but never opened SV120 before) Thanks in advance
