Spares can be obtained from

Based in Australia but there are others depending on your country. A search for 'Yamaha audio spares' will give you a list.

I have attached a link to another model which would be similar in construction. It only shows one display lamp but no specifications. It has a resistor which feeds it which is a fusible resistor for protection.

The only other possibility is that they are LEDs which are soldered.
