Whammy Bar Question

My guitar can have a whammy bar because it has a hole but I don't know if my yamaha ERG121c2 needs a yamaha bar or can have any?

These guitars all were built with the wilkison vibrator ("Tremelo") bridge. If you need it at such you will need the whammy bar. Of course like other type of guitars with a similar type of bridge, you can use the guitar just fine without the whammy bar. It is just a matter of tighten the spring enough, basically turning the guitar into a hard tail.
