Generator Will Not Turn Over It Has 12 Volts To The Starter But When I Turn Key
When I turn key on I get nothing no oil light no green light just nothing and it only has 29 hours on it it did get turned over by some not so smart people when they were moving me equipment from one site to another just wondering if it might be a sensor or a bad key switch thanks in advance for any help,CHRI

Hi, check to see if there's 12 volts to the small wire on the solenoid when the key is in the start position. If there's power there, the solenoid is likely failed or starter assembly if the solenoid is part of the starter. If there's no voltage to the small wire with the key in start position (not run position) then the problem is in the switch, or wiring. Hope that helps.
