Try to clear caches and cookies on your web browser. To clear Cookies 1.Open IE, Go to Tools -> Internet options 2.Under Browsing History, Click Delete. 3. In the next pop-up window, Ensure Coockies check box is checked and click on Delete. To clear Cache 1. Open IE, Press F12, then Ctrl + R 2.A pop-up "Are you sure you want to clear browser cache" pops up 3. Select Yes.

there may some pop up window which is opened in your browser, so just close the pop up window, then set your cursor at right place and make sure that you got a proper internet connection, then after typing the body of the email with a heading or sub-heading you can easily create a new message or send a new email.
