My Questions Concerns My Email. I Went From Classic To Something Else That Has

about a month ago, my email went from classic to another version that is completely unfamiliar to me. I am unable to reply to email messages. Now, the emails are not coming through and when they are, the new ones are at the bottom of the page.

It is a big change from the Classic version. But once you get use to it, it really isn't bad. First, your new messages coming in at the bottom can be simply fixed. Look at the top of your inbox. You'll see 'From', Subject' and 'Date'. Just click on the 'Date' word and it should move your current unread emails to the top. As far as emails not coming through, the new email program shouldn't change receiving emails. It is possible that emails were sent to your spam folder, check there. Take a few minutes to go through the instuction page HERE, and it will help with the frustration of using this new email program.
