I Have Been Locked Out Of My Yahoo Account!!! I Gave The Correct Answer ...

I have given the correct answer to the security question and yet, I am told it is incorrect....I set-up the original answer to the question AND I am positive about the anseer.....I want this fixed.....do you want to lose a customer????
