I'm Trying To Change My Password. My Security Question Is Wrong.

Yahoo put me on a 24 hr. wait which was up two days ago. They told me to wait 24 hrs. I've been trying every since; Please help. I'm getting frustrated. Can't seem to get any help. They don't seem to have a record of my I>D. number.

From what you wrote, It appears you have already spoken to Yahoo's customer support regarding your password issue, and the 24 hour lock placed on your Yahoo Account. And, currently, you are still unable to reset your password to gain access to your account.

If a Yahoo Representtive informed you they do not have your number on record, you should use a desktop/laptop to go onto the yahoo's support website, if not done so already. And see if you can reset your password that way.

Contact Customer Support Form Fill in as much information as possible. And, when you come to the Security Question Box you can enter Unknown
