Hi, if you mean the fonts when you are typing an email, you probably have rich text disabled. Beneath the compose email box, there is a double arrow pointing to the right. If you hover over this arrow, it will say something like "Switch to Rich Text," and if you click on the arrow, all of your font and formatting options will be displayed.
