You do not have to uses chat or otherwise rely on iffy customer support.You can recover your Yahoo account using other information, as explained at: http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?locale=en_US&page=content&y=PROD_ACCT&id=SLN2081&impressions=true. Greetings - If you have both forgotten your security Question's Answer and you never had an alternative email attached, your other avalaible options to regain access to your account are the foregoing-

You can discuss the issue with a Yahoo rep via a live chat.

1) Visit

http://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index?locale=en_US&y=PROD_ACCT&page=contact

2) Select, "Yahoo! Account "on the first box.

3) Select, "Password and Sign in"on the second box

4) Select "forgot secret questions & answers" on the third one box.

Click Next
Click, "Chat With a Support Agent online" and be patient while the live chat loads. And then tell them your problem and you will hopefully be assisted.

Note :This live chat only works on a computer and not a mobile device.
