Flickering Ads All Over My Yahoo Screens And My Mail Box Screens

As soon as I open my Yahoo website/mailbox I get ads and portions of pages popping up all over the page. I am unable to close, move, or control them. As soon as I move my mouse things start popping up all over and covering areas (like my Open Mail) that I want to open so that I am unable to navigate and proceed with what I want to do. I have been with yahoo for years but this driving me crazy.
