My E-mail Account Has Been Hijacked. Need Immediate Answer On How To Resolve.

On 11/19/11 I received an e-mail from Yahoo.Mail with an e-mail address of [email protected] stating that it was time to up-date our anti-spam/anti-spyware F-Secure HTK4S new version R-2010. I clicked reply and now my e-mail information is totally corrupt. My clients are receiving bogus e-mails from me that can't be openned, e-mails previously sent to me and now showing up under the Sent e-mail section and I am receiving groups of 20 or more e-mails in a row that say mail failure as if I e-mailed someone and it came back undelivered when no email was sent. Clients are calling me asking asking why I am sending these messages. Help! How can this be fixed??? Tom Ash [email protected]
