To change your last name, log into Yahoo! Mail and hover your mouse cursor over the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page. When the menu appears, click on Account Info. Then click on the Update your contact information link.

Here you can change your last name (and other info, if you want). When you are finished, click Save at the bottom of the page.
