Yahoo Support To Fix My Password Is Not Working For Me. I Have 2 Step Protectio

I get message password is not correct.I then pick forgot password.Get a prompt to choose 2 e-mails accounts and I use one to get a code to get to change password.I get the CODEEnter code and the next thing I see is to choose one of 2 e-mails accounts and same thing repeats.NO CHANGE PASSWORD ...I use chat to correct problem, but get told to CALL SUPPORT, pay for what YAHOO changed (META) someone.Still e-mail not useable. SUCKS BIG TIME ...
