Yahoo Locked Me Out Because Forgot P/w. Want Back In Old Acct. New Opened.

Forgot my password, locked me out & made me open new acct, how do I reopen my old acct to get files & e-mail? I DO NOT remember my p/word. Locked out account is Please Thank You

Sorry for your problems.

If you've been told you're locked out "temporarily" for security reasons, the lock will last for 12 hours, and in the meantime nothing can be done. (More here.) Otherwise...
