Yahoo E-mail Sign In Is Not Accepting My Info, Why?

I enter my sign in info and it comes back that I do not have Java installed and I in fact do and it is up to date as I checked. When I go to forgot password or any of the others for help it say ooooops! it appears you forgot to enter the security word. Really there needs to be first before you can enter it. Ever since AT&T took over Yahoo or shortly thereafter it has been nothing but problems. Wonder if their next step is to do away with Yahoo seeing they have made a totally good working program now turn to garbage. Nothing new for the so called big wig companies, come in and mess up what worked just fine, but it has to be their new way instead of leave alone what worked and even compatibility mode does nothing to help! I need to access my e-mail! Anyone know how to fix this, go around it, get customer service help or ?
