What Can I Do If I See That Someone Is Using My Messenger?

I let my chat option opened while on mail...and got the message I was disconected because I signed in from another device. This means, that for sure someone is using my messenger. When I try to login using the yahoo messenger programme it is very slow and blocks itself. What can I do?
