I Use Yahoo But I Am Looking At Outlook

Outlook has an add-on call XOBNI for social networking with linkedin, etc... first question is does yahoo have a similair program. second if not can I use outlook with my yahoo mail address and third how do I migrate all my contacts and folders to outlook.
