I Am Unable To Provide My Security Question & Answer And E-mail

Dear Sir/Madam I did not changed my password and e-mail address, but more than 10 days i can sign in to my e-mail, and i forge ted security question and answer and no e-mail and Mobile number for recover password, What i have to do? please let me know.
