Unable To Login To Yahoo Mail

my yahoo email is not letting me get to my mail. yahoo removed the face book link we were using to login to email. unfortuantly, that password and id were put into the system a very long time ago and i do not remember then as i saved that info into my computer to make it faster to access mail. so now i am completely locked out. i think but am not sure that and the i could be completely wrong. please helpo me get back into my mail, this time i will eneter the info and put it into my safe for safe keeping. help help help normally my info is on yahoo mail not the address i entered so i could write to u.
