I Am Unable To Access My Yahoo Mail. I Cannot Answer My Old Security Question.

When I try to access my email & provide my correct user name & password, it then asks for an answer to an Old security question I do not remember. When I try 3 times to answer this security question I get locked out of my e-mail ... How do I change the security question & Access my email.

You must recover your Yahoo account if you cannot enter the correct username or password. The account recovery wizard or page of Yahoo requires you some information about your identity. You need to provide the following information.

Alternate email address, birthday, country of residence, and postal code.
