Site Builder Installation

I am unable to install Site Builder onto my PC (Windows 7). I have installed it onto another computer in the past however I am not able to get it installed on my current system. I go through the install process and the Site Builder icon appears on my desktop but it will not open. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Please help. Thanks

If it still does not open, then open task manager and check if the software is running among the processes.
