I Can Sign Into My Yahoo Account But When I Try To Retrieve My Mail It Goes To T

When I sign into my Yahoo account it lets me sign in but then it goes to a page that tells me to upgrade or continue I can do either one but it doesn't do anything. I cannot get my mail. I am giving you my yahoo account but you won't be able to e-mail me because I cannot get my mail, so I am going to give you my grandaughters e-mail and you can send her what I need to do. Her e-mail address is [email protected]
