Why Can't I Send Pictures In The New Yahoo As Attachments.

I convered to the new yahoo mail and can no ;onger send pictures as attachment nor put them in the body of the letter.. Why? I also tried to revert back to the old yahoo mail and still can not send pictures. And yes they are jpeg.
